The Board of Directors hold this meeting to discuss projects, planning and activities about the club.

Meetings are held at the Lodge every second Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm (except for December which is held on the first Wednesday).

Any member can attend a board meeting with a topic, but MUST summit in writing the intent of topic to the president at least 72 hours before the board meeting.
